Our shipping take 5-7 days, that does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Day one start a day after your order is received. Tracking numbers will be sent via email after your order has been processed. Products will be shipped using USPS, UPS and DHL.

Incorrect shipping address:
If a package is returned to THE PURE PLATINUM for incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer was not home. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the delivery cost.
